Made in France in the SELMER workshops, it is adapted to all musical aesthetics and available in several finishes: Lacquered, Silver plated, Brushed, Black, Gold plated, Solid silver, Antiqued lacquer.

Selmer Paris has introduced a notable design change with the Supreme tenor by increasing the neck tenon diameter for the first time in over a century. While previous Selmer models used a standard 27.50 mm tenon, the Supreme—and the newer Signature—feature a slightly larger 27.70 mm diameter. Because of this difference, these necks are not compatible with other Selmer saxophones without modification. A qualified technician can reduce the tenon size to fit instruments with the traditional Selmer specification, but making this adjustment will make the neck ineligible for return.
